I want to be a youth reporter because I like to express my opinion openly. Being a reporter allows you to see things through other people’s perspective and hear their opinion when you interview them. Being a reporter also takes you to new places and events you never thought you’d be going to regularly. I like to interview because I can learn new things in the process of interviewing people and do more research on the topic if needed. I think being a reporter and a minority gives people a fresher and newer look at topics that are highly discussed.

Madison Arnette Is a tenth grader at Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville, PA. She has interviewed students at her schools homecoming bonfire that happens every year before homecoming and the homecoming football game. Aside from interviewing people, she also likes photography.
